Criminal charges for horror art!?!?!

I cannot believe this could even happen! What is the world coming too? In the future theyll probably say that ponies and sunshine are too extreme too!I just think it's rediculous that they can make saw movies and show them to millions of people but an artist can't make things like that themselves. for more details : [link]
